Heat Warning - Toronto, Ontario Canada

Government of Canada has issued "Heat Warning" at 06:41 Monday 16 July 2018..

According to the announcement, there is a hot and humid air mass that will continue to affect the Golden Horseshoe today. Further, there is high temperatures that are expected to be in the low 30s with humidex values in the high 30s. It was added further, that a cold front will move through tonight to end the heat.

Residents in Toronto, Ontario are advise to watch for the effects of heat illness such as:

  • swelling
  • rash
  • cramps
  • fainting
  • heat exhaustion
  • heat stroke
  • the worsening of some health conditions.
